Note: The standard shipping rates to European Union countries, United Kingdom and Switzerland are 3.29€ and they are fixed for all products.
All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse. Each of them is carefully wrapped in a delicate paper package that protects your panties during the transport.
Two delivery methods
The "CUSTOMER" can choose between two delivery methods justifyof her/his order purchased on the site www.ameissy.com :
- an express shipment by DHL Express; or
- a standard postal shipment by DHL GlobalMail by Deutsche Post DHL Group ;
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the "CUSTOMER" on the order form. Please provide an exact address!
The orders are processed and shipped within 2 (two) business days of receipt of the order payment. This processing time is not valid for pre-orders.
The DHL Express delivery time is 1 - 5 business days from the shipping date and 5 - 15 business days for the standard postal delivery time by DHL GlobalMail. The time varies depending on the destination country.
1.for France, Germany and other EU countries normally the delivery time:
- with the express delivery - DHL Express is 1 - 2 business days or
- with the standard postal delivery - DHL GlobalMail is 5 - 10 business days;
2.for other countries outside Europe the delivery time:
- with express delivery - DHL Express is 4 - 5 business days or
- with the standard postal delivery - DHL GlobalMail is 10 - 15 business days;

The shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, the weight of the products and the chosen delivery method.
The delivery price is determined and calculated at the Checkout in the "Shipping" section.
For orders from outside the European Union countries, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA and Canada, customers should keep in mind that each country may have specific import requirements and the additional taxes, duties and VAT may apply on the receipt of the products. The customer will have to pay them at his expense.
If the order is not compliant
If the products do not comply with the order, the "CUSTOMER" must send a complaint to Ameissy (Tita-Fr Ltd) by e-mail email@example.com in order to obtain the replacement of the product(s) or the cancellation of the sale.
If the package is damaged
If upon receipt of the package, the package is damaged, the "CUSTOMER" must check the condition of the products and if they have been damaged, the "CUSTOMER" must absolutely refuse the package and immediately inform Ameissy (Tita-Fr Ltd). If this is not observed the products are considered to meet the requirements and the "CUSTOMER" does not have the right to request a return and a refund for the same products.
