- express shipping (1-5 business days);
- standard shipping (5-15 business days);
The standard shipping rates for other countries and the express shipping rates are determined according to the destination country and are calculated on the Checkout in the "Shipping" section.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, within 48 hours of receipt of payment for the order.

Tracking details will be sent by email once shipped.
We offer a 30 day return period on unworn garments. The returned underwear Ameissy must be returned in their original packaging and the packaging must not be opened. If this is not followed, we may not provide a refund.
Gift cards, donations and certain other products like Intimate Cleanser are not accepted for return and refund.
A refund is provided upon receipt of your returned underwear. Processing time is up to 10 business days after the receipt of your returned underwear.
