RETURN AND REFUND

Can I return the product(s) of my order?

The "CUSTOMER" has a right of withdrawal and return, which allows her/him to change her/his opinion on the purchase, return the purchased items and obtain a refund. The "CUSTOMER" can exercise her/his right of withdrawal and return during 30 (thirty) days after the date of receipt of the order.

What products can I return?

You can return almost any product purchased from www.ameissy.com. Certain products such as Gift Cards, Donations, Intimate Cleanser and products purchased with a promo code and with a reduction code are not accepted for return and refund.

Can I request a product exchange?

Ameissy does not offer standard product exchanges and if you want a new size, another model or another colour, you can make a new order on www.ameissy.com!

How can I exercise my right of withdrawal and return?

To exercise her/his right of withdrawal and return, the “CUSTOMER” must notify Ameissy (Tita-FR Ltd) of her/his decision to return the purchase. The notification can be made with free text declaration or by completing the withdrawal form below. This notification can be sent by e-mail to contact@ameissy.com or by mail addressed to TITA-FR Ltd, blvd. Arsenalski 65, DRC, office 7, 1421 Sofia, Bulgaria. 

ATTENTION: In case of return, the "CUSTOMER" must return the product(s) to the address: TITA-FR Ltd, blvd. Arsenalski 65, DRC, office 7, 1421 Sofia, Bulgaria. The return costs are the responsibility of the "CUSTOMER" and cannot be refunded. Returned products must be returned in their original packaging and the packaging must NOT be opened. In case that is not respected, Ameissy.com has the right to refuse the return of the products and the refund. We advise you to choose a shipping method with tracking for returned products because we could not be held responsible if the Post Office lost the returned products. 

When I will be refunded?

The "CUSTOMER" will be refunded no later than 10 business days from the date of receipt and verification of the returned products in the Ameissy warehouse. Ameissy (Tita-FR Ltd) will refund the "CUSTOMER" by crediting her/his bank card or Paypal account (depending on the initial payment method).
