Once you choose your period panties, you can choose the type of delivery:
- express shipping (1-5 business days);
- standard shipping (5-15 business days);

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, within 48 hours of receipt of payment for the order.

We offer a 30 day return period on unworn garments. The returned underwear Ameissy must be returned in their original packaging and the packaging must not be opened. If this is not followed, we may not provide a refund.

Gift cards, donations and certain other products like Intimate Cleanser are not accepted for return and refund.

A refund is provided upon receipt of your returned underwear. Processing time is up to 10 business days after the receipt of your returned underwear.

Care Guide

STEP 1: When you receive your panties Ameissy, wash them for the first time before wearing them, as with any standard underwear in contact with your skin! The first wash also allows increasing the capacity absorption.

STEP 2: Once you have worn them, rinse with cold water in a sink or in a basin until the water runs clear. No need to let it soak, however, a simple quick rinse is all it takes.

STEP 3: After rinsing your underwear with clean water, you can then wash it in the washing machine with your other clothes without worrying about the risk of stains! We advise you to put your underwear in a washing net to prevent the lace from being damaged by snags with the zippers of other clothes.

STEP 4: Choose a low temperature wash of at 30° or 40°. If you wish, you can wash your menstrual underwear by hand. Preferably, use a hypoallergenic detergent without fabric softener and avoid detergents with glycerine.

STEP 5: In order not to damage the fabric, we recommend that you do not put your underwear in the dryer. This will extend the life of the delicate and natural materials that make up the absorbent area. If you have the possibility, opt for air-drying. For the reasons mentioned above, avoid ironing your panties.

J’ai un flux très abondant!

Je la trouve géniale mais je n’ose pas encore porter la culotte uniquement. J’ai un flux très abondant et je mets quand même une serviette pour être sécurisée complètement.
